The test is performed on a high speed track and a dry asphalt circuit at a different driving condition, from mild manoeuvres to the stability limit. The test vehicle can be equipped with a lap timer and can have the Electronic Stability Control switched off. The subjective assessment of the performances follows specific testing criteria focused on steering, stability and grip areas. The output of the test is a detailed evaluation sheet with numeric ratings and qualitative comments. In addition to the subjective evaluation, the lap times could be recorded during laps on circuit and reported. The overall result reflects both subjective judgment and average lap times.
